Sr. PHP Developer (SSE / Tech / Lead)

Role: We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PHP programming language and related frameworks, with a focus on building scalable and efficient web solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1- Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications according to project requirements.
2- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
3- Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries using MySQL or other relational databases.
4- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing PHP codebase and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
5- Implement security measures to protect web applications against vulnerabilities.
6- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Prerequisite:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong command of PHP programming language and related frameworks (Preferred: Laravel).

Solid understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Proficiency in database design and development using MySQL or similar relational databases.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with RESTful API development is desirable.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a bonus.
