Round: Test
Experience: Written Exam about Basic Automobile and passenger car segment.

General Tips: All the usual parameters were there in the interview which I managed to overcome with my overall expertise. But the confidence level was tested a lot. The only drive force was the answer for the above mentioned crucial question convinced the Board and thus I passed in the final interview. My answer was “I’ve two years of total experience in Wealth Management division of Banking & Insurance Sector. If I can survive there for such a long time by marketing intangible products like mutual funds and unit linked insurance policies I’m 100% more confident to sell a car where I can demonstrate it’s features which will be really visible to a customer.”

Tips: Be confident. Always think before you speak. If you can't make your own points then wait for others to speak and listen to them carefully to get an idea of the topic. Do not shout or get aggressive.
