Round: Group Discussion
Experience: There were 15 people in each batch. Everyone was given chance to speak on the topic. Points were given on the basis of quality of content spoken and confidence level. Critical thinking was required as the topic was very sensitive matter.
Tips: Be confident. Always think before you speak. If you can't make your own points then wait for others to speak and listen to them carefully to get an idea of the topic. Do not shout or get aggressive.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: There were 15 people in each batch. Everyone was given chance to speak on the topic. Points were given on the basis of quality of content spoken and confidence level. Critical thinking was required as the topic was very sensitive matter.
