Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The person who interviewed me was a person named Shaista Sivakumar introduced herself as AVP L & D. This was the most pathetic interview that I had attended till now in my 7-year career. a person who has to be a professor at some institute bombarded with Psychology theory and some HRD stuff. yeah, there are some grey areas where I was unable to deliver my best during her question but the way she showed her attitude and reactions were unprofessional. very unwelcoming way and never seen anyone asking poor questions or interviewing skills. If anyone attends any interviews, especially L & D ask for some proper person to validate your skill, personality, etc. She is not fit to be in this learning profession since she thinks everything she knows. Respect candidates regardless of their skills/attributes.
