The startup sounds exciting, but is the high pressure sustainable? Honestly, that's the biggest question you need to ask yourself. If you're already feeling the strain, that will not magically disappear. Burnout is a serious risk, and it can impact your health and happiness.
The MNC offer is more of a "safe bet." The overall compensation is higher when you factor in everything, and the promise of better work-life balance is very attractive. You'd be trading some potentially more exciting work for more stability and a better chance of having a life outside of work.

Seriously, that RSU package at the MNC is a huge draw. The startup sounds exciting, but is it worth the stress?
