Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Well this was way back in 1997 when Lakme was an independent company, 6 months before HUL bought it's stake. I was selected but I didn't join as I was planning to do M. B. A.(I regret the decision)
My take on preparing for interview is to know the company, it's products or services, it's competitors and have the industry knowledge if you are an experienced person. Do your homework, observation should be tactical, of you look closely, you would know where your opportunity is, you will get confident.
