Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Just don't go with them they scam you for sure please me and my friends totally 13 members scammed at a time after getting selected and even our Stipend of 2.5 months were not paid. Gave negative opinions and sent us home but another batch got there stipend amount fully.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

1. Quantitative aptitude
2.verbal ability
3. Data interpretation
4. Short written ( who is better gifted or hard worker..??) this question ask to me AND second question is on guesstimating (how much car sold in India in 2018 ) solved based on assumption and calculations.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1st round they ask you tell me about yourself and why you want to work here
And they gave you a topic for example social media tell me something about social media etc.
2nd round You have to give a test on the computer it has 50 questions and the question are based on grammer and customer handle type questions the passing is 60 out of 100 and they gave you one hour to complete and the test was very easy.
3rd round is telephonic round and it is the last round they ask you about tell me about yourself why you want to work here what is your future plans etc
Tip : when they ask you why you want to leave your last job or why you leave your last job don't say anything negative speak positive about why you leave for example I want to expand my skills etc etc.
