Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - From my personal experience and my colleagues' experience, I would never suggest working at IVY Mobility Solutions, Chennai. The interview process was amazing and easy. The one year of working in IVY felt like a Heaven. But, when you are moved to Product or Agile projects, you will suffer a lot. Because the Manager and TL always wanted you to do excess work and they always wanted you to say 'Yes' for everything even if it is practically incorrect.
You cannot give suggestions when your suggestion is against your TL and Manager, then you will be cornered, tasks will not assigned by them, still they will ask for productivity. Agile teams in IVY are completely toxic, they will target your personal life and make you feel so depressed. Especially, the manager and TL are too selfish and they will never make you grow. It is a Gender-oriented organization. They will treat female staffs badly and they will never hear out your suggestions if you are female. You will not be included in any major discussions.
All the tasks and growth will only be for the male staff. If you are working in project teams under a friendly TL and manager who treats everyone in the team equally, you are blessed. Otherwise, you are dead. Moreover, there will not be any career growth, you will not learn and implement anything new. You will not get any promotions, hikes, incentives, anything. In my 3 years, I joined as a Junior QA Engineer and dropped as the same without any hike and promotion which affected my career now.
Kindly think twice before moving into Ivy, because the interviews will be very simple and initially they will be very nice and friendly. After a couple of months you will see the real faces.
