Tell a group of people about yourself. Done by consultancy. Purpose is to evaluate your communication and speaking skills so the recruiter can gauge if you are good to speak to foreigners, if the accent is smooth, if you are struggling etc. Many ratings are done. If failed in this please patiently ask the interviewer where to improve and what classes / tutors to take and try again. If seeking bpo jobs.

Again written english skills. In a corporate environment you must write and document EVERYTHING. else how will the company know ? Of your work. So writing good english is a must, and this implies reading also. You may be asked to write essays or choose the correct, read/write comprehension type. This was in 2015, process may be updated now but the goal / root aim still same.

Q1. With the hiring manager. Be very practical here. They will tell you difficulty of the job. Why you want to work in a bpo. Etc. Try to convince. You should have genuine interest to grow communication skills...read more
