Write all important point about the topic on it and say in an organized manner

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The HR people are very frank people. They check your patience by letting you sit over minutes. If you are an extraordinary student they will take 2 hours of interview and will push you to the limit.
Tips: Be cool and calm and do not show your nervousness. Better be you sit natural and never mind of the certificates. They will not see your certificates, just your resume. Only your knowledge matters and nothing. Study well and try to recall what you know. Remember life teachers you more than your books. They will see this also.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This is just to see your personality, posture, the way you speak, etc.. Short duration of 15 min max.The panel consists of eight members of whom two are psychologist. They will put you in some situation from which you have to come out. This round is held at Bangalore in the month of March at their headquaters. Expenses are paid by them even your travel fares
Tips: Speak frankly and always say the truth. Try to give innovative answers and stay smart and sharp. Mind alertness is the most important factor here. Remember here they are examining you very carefully.

General Tips: Be frank, honest and don't overreact. Be yourself and no need to copy others. There is a notion that the more number of certificates you have, the better the job prospect which is absolutely false. Actually its just the opposite. Just do one industrial training or project atleast and remember what you have learnt from it. This is the deciding factor.
Skill Tips: Try to think different. Striving for points or getting good grades is not enough. You have to apply knowledge and gain experience from it. In that way you can perform better than others.
Skills: Speaking power- good command over english, Leadership qualities, Ability to think beyond boundaries, Honesty, politeness
College Name: KIIT UNIVERSITY
Motivation: I love designing and that too of complex stuff. The company makes steam turbines and this is a very complicated and challenging task. I always use to take up challenges seriously and with determination. My friends used to know me by problem solver, mini ICT cell, etc. This motivated me to join this company.
Funny Moments: I was the only person from my friends in Odisha state region to get selected. there were many like me there alone, nobody to speak to. Making friends with them was fun. Also the best moment was the medical test where you have to be half naked for the examination. Also being candidates of different cultures, sharing thoughts and enjoying with them was the best moments of my life..
