As a GET, I had more learning than anyone in the plant. I had good training of the overall plant working. We are guide by the plant head directly. The best I dound here is there is no objection in suggestions ideas and learnings.

Dislikes

The culture is great but there are no basic facilities like Canteen, food is really bad aa of now. I mean IT culture is not there and thete are no cultural activities and any extracurricular activities which is very disappointing.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Actually there was no fixed manpower. That’s why we need to give training every time to new operators. It’s good challenge but it’s consume extra time .
