Freshers have no respect in this company they hire so many freshers ultimately they create so many pressure and humiliate the freshers so that they can resign themselves.. if you can do oiling /buttering managers you will survive easily.. Because hard work will bring no results.. and oh I forget to tell you one thing you have to show off..
