Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I didn't bother to finish the interview call as didn't want to waste any more time so not sure what happened at the last, but till the time I was in call like for 15 minutes or so here's how that went- I joined the call from the meeting link expecting an one o one interview but was faced with at least 20 more candidates wondering what's going on, we have been given the same link same time slot, after wondering about 15 minutes some HR rep joined and said this is a HR screening call, first time heard of something like that as a group call, the person was rude as heck, didn't show any respect to the candidates and for the fact that the candidates have been waiting in a call for 15 minutes wondering, didn't properly introduce herself , funny enough the email they shared as an invite didn't mention anything about a mass screening and there was no contact number present. when I asked her then only got to know, the job was contractual varried between 3 months to 1 year, and they need immediate joining in September itself, after sharing all this rubbish they asked if anyone has any issues with this can drop the call, so I dropped. If you are fresher and ready to work for some mediocre company with no morals or values for candidates go for it, but if you are experienced professional don't bother for their interview, not worth the time.
