Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had an extremely disappointing experience working here. The company thrives on micromanagement, making it one of the worst workplaces I’ve encountered. Specifically, the CHRO (Rashmi Mansaramani), Prabhjot, and Pankaj exhibit double standards. Before joining, they appear polite and professional, but after joining, they create a toxic environment that leaves employees mentally exhausted.

The HR department suffers from incredibly high attrition rates due to the terrible work culture established by CHRO, Prabhjot and Pankaj. There’s absolutely no job security, and many employees end up leaving within 3-4 months. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy, long-term career opportunity.
