Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Fastinfo deserve minus rating! Hr itself is a dumb! I have appeared for hr profile, hr Aindrilla said me fresher with good communication skills can also apply, later other hr said they could not select me as I don't have any relevant working experience. Then why Aindrilla shortlist my profile and I lost my whole day there. Other hr behaviour is also strange and horrible, hr head Neha has very negetive attitude! It should be informed to the candidate before if the profile is not match according to the criteria! Asking someone attend the interview, reminding me on the same day morning and then rejected by saying the lame thing. Very unprofessional, if an hr itself is dumb then how the organisation will be ?
