They will hire a lot of people and when there is a little crisis they will fire extras or put on No Work No Pay they they will kick you out, Increment is really low, No chance of learning.

I didn’t like the lack of clarity in communication between departments, which sometimes leads to confusion. Additionally, the decision-making process can be slow, causing delays in projects. The compensation and benefits could also be more competitive with industry standards. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in these areas.
