Worst work culture, conspiracy is there, our recruitment head named neha , she is doing politics each and every time, they forced you to give the 5rating in ambition/indeed, and also they judge you basis on closure of one profile, i was there as a hr recruiter, i closed so many profiles, but they hold each and every profile, also they cut your salary every month for any reason, no matter how much effort you can give for them, even they forced hr to move in sales, whenever they didn't find the candidate 1st they threat to go different companies talk to them and take the candidates after that if you are unable to find ,they forced you to move in sales or forced to put the resign, whenever you give them closure of particular position they will not give you the joining they will hold the profile due to the budget constraints, there was no any facilities, for employee as well they will not provide you the paid leaves with in 6months, if you are applying for the leaves they will not approve and do your pay cut, such a worst work culture, don't join, and don't spoil your career, they can fire you any time with out no reason, the reason they can only show is out of budget....Read More

The career growth in FastInfo is immense. There is an opportunity to learn new skill sets. The management is very supportive. And best part is the frequent increment anyone who is a performer receives an increment within 6 months also. I have been lucky enough to be associated with such a rapid growing organisation.

Salary comes on time & My manager & IT Team was really supportive. When I needed a job change they have hired me.

They will hire a lot of people and when there is a little crisis they will fire extras or put on No Work No Pay they they will kick you out, Increment is really low, No chance of learning.

I didn’t like the lack of clarity in communication between departments, which sometimes leads to confusion. Additionally, the decision-making process can be slow, causing delays in projects. The compensation and benefits could also be more competitive with industry standards. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in these areas. The most appreciable quality of my company for me is the environment within. All the seniors are helpful and supportive in nature which makes the work experience joyful and easier to adapt. Even a Monday morning doesn't seem like a misery. Very much satisfied to be a part of this organization.

If you have learn even 10% from court practice, you will forget that also while working here.. there is nothing like you will get to learn except false promises which you have to give to the clients. They force to the advocate to sale their services. They do not provide proper service to customers. Whoever will give negative rating they asks their employees to report it, so that the review get deleted from the website.. they asks to fulfill the assignment target even when they do not have fresh cases. They offers 18k CTC to freshers, many will think wow what a nice salary but trust me you will be with no choice except leaving the job in no time, as there is so much politics and disgusting working environment. Even the job they asks you to provide is not upto the mark.. only person who has no other alternatives or in a very bad situation will remain working here.. There is no job security. For some reason, they will put you on No Work No Pay without any written proof, If you ask them to provide they will deny it.
