First of all this is my first company... I am a totally fresher I am starting my career outbound process sell process of consumer complaint department.... it is a sales job so it's must be pressure there... daily target base job... but office environment culture it's quite different from others BPO the work culture is good... colleagues are helpful... let's see hope for the best...

Dislikes

Dislike the main reason is week off there will be no fixed Sunday off.... And there will be no personal leave for 6months of joining... It's very unfair...
