Round 2 - Aptitude Test

  • Q1. Hello everyone, the first round of interview in IMS People was quite easy....HR was little but rude he just asked me about myself and about my overall experience

  • Q3. If was with the team leader where he asked me about my family and about my life goals it was a noramal conversation where he wants to know about my future goals

General Tips: So according to me the most difficult round was the HR round. As my HR was little bit rude so I felt nervous and when I start telling him about myself so he said you seems like to be robotic which lowers my confidence level first but then I again start and the other two rounds were fantastic, so if you are fresher you don't need to worry they will just try to check your communication skills and interpersonal skills by giving you any random topic,in the HR round ...and they are just looking for the candidates who really wants to work with them so be enthusiastic and energetic and keep patients.....and yeah one more thing Keep smiling 😊otherwiseit seems like robotic 😂

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was for Recruitment Executive at Mindlance India Pvt Ltd. The only trick which can help you in clearing the interview is your Communication skills, confidence and knowledge. In this Job you have to coordinate with people at United states. So you have to be confident enough that you can handle them nicely at the time of coordination. You should have a good knowledge of screening the candidate, grill them well and make them understand about the Job for which you are hiring. "Just work as you are working for your own company. That's when you will give your 100%." The Interviewer also asked about all the tax terms and on-boarding paperwork used at United States. Luckily I was able to answer them well. One more advice I would like to add- If you do not know/not sure about any answer at interview, then simply say "Sorry sir, I am not sure about the answer of this question." Just be calm, don't get nervous, Its just an interview.
