Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Very unprofessional behaviour.. they set an interview without internal discussion.. also they haven't informed me who will be interviewing me... But when I reached they kept me waiting for long time and asking me only who will be taking your interview... Then hr mentions company doesn't have such kind of project.. I don't know then why did they called me and set my interview.. nobody has any clue what's going on.. hr doesn't great properly neither informed whether it's done or not.. I asked the receptionist to call hr because it's being long time. Hr didn't even came, rather told the receptionist to tell me it's done rest will be on call ....it is a very very wierd place. They will just waste your day without taking proper interview.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The second round interviews was taken by a 2-3 years junior person who had no idea of the work I held as a candidate. The second round interview was held by a senior person who was much more interested in demeaning instead of being respectful and professional.
The HR was good until the interview only. Post that there were no call-backs or even response to the calls. Quite pathetic experience and a waste of time, energy and effort for passionate individuals.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not join this company. After successfully clearing all interview rounds, in the final managerial round where I need to upload all my details on their portal manager informed HR in the final round that the candidate was not stable in their previous organization. I wonder why this issue was not raised from the beginning, as I clearly mentioned the career gaps in my resume. I explained that I was seeking opportunities in an MNC for better prospects, but the manager ultimately refused to proceed further, as communicated by HR. This experience was a complete waste of time!
