Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never join tech Mahindra for any job role , management are super toxic ,they hire you on basis of contract and keep increasing it. Never ask you to resign but the TLs,Managers behaviour are very rude and toxic ,upon asking for accepting resignation cause of health issues even after giving medical certificate.They forced you to work and said that either you get termination letter or stay and work as you are working.
Overall work experience is very worst.
Agar apni mental health pyari hai toh bhai don't Join tech Mahindra ,TCS, Infosys, Accenture jaise MNCs.
