Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I went through the campus placement process for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role. Before the assessments, there was a pre placement talk conducted on campus, where company leaders gave an overview of the company's work and culture. It was informative and helped me understand the company better. The first round was a Technical Assessment round, conducted online, testing core mechanical concepts and industry related knowledge. The second round was a Behavioural assessment round, which was also conducted online. The final round was a face to face interview conducted on campus. The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming. They asked a mix of basic mechanical engineering questions, resume based questions, and a few personal questions to understand my motivation and interest in the role. I would recommend brushing up on core mechanical concepts and being thorough with your resume. The online assessments went smoothly without any interruptions, and the number of questions and the duration provided were well balanced and not excessive. Overall, it was a positive experience.
