Operations & Maintenance
Implementing and maintaining all the activities in area of Maintenance, New Facility Planning and Training as per set standards.

Monitoring of CCTV .( Honeywell , Zicom , Hikvisison & CP Plus )
Monitoring of Fire Alarm MXL Panel.( Honeywell and Zicom )
Alarm Response.
Handling Public address system.
Management of work permits.
Emergency response, including managing evacuation.
Maintain a good working relation with employees.
Reports to client representative regarding any major/minor breakdown which will affect the building occupants.
Supervises activities pertaining to all soft services, security and fire services and engineering services.
Monitoring and co-coordinating the completions of façade cleaning as per the schedule.
Monitoring of Elevators Supervisory Panel. (Otis, Kone, City & Fujitec )
Supervision on D.G Set and taking care of its periodic maintenance.
Ensure that all safety guidelines/requirements are met by team members/vendors.
Review all check lists/log sheets on a daily basis to ensure smooth Operations.
Maintain proper inventory and tracks of stock and consumption of all consumables and supplies.
Receiving complaint from client & forwarding it to concerned Department or vendor and getting it rectified. `
Maintenance and supervising of Hydro Pneumatic System.
Handling security teaming security issues.
Maintaining monthly attendance for B.M.S, Security, Electricians, plumbers, pump operators, Left opretors and Housekeeping staff.
Ensuring that pest control activity is carried out on weekly basis as per schedule.
Lift Management (Conduct Training & Supervising Manual Rescue Operation Drill for the Lift Operators and Security.)
Fire Fighting System Knowledge and has also attended firefighting training.
Receiving complaints from clients & Forwarding it to the concerned Department or Vendor & get it rectified.
Coordinating with Customs department (SEZ) staff relating to custom matter.
Handling - 54 Lift operators, 32 Housekeeping staffs, 03 Faculty Supervisor, 03 B.M.S Supervisor ,07 B.M.S Operators, 03 Electricians, 03 Plumbers, 02 pump operators, 18 Gate Security coordinators / 48 Common area security guards /03 Security Supervisors /01 Security Officers /01 Chief Security Officers.
