Implementing and maintaining all the activities in area of Maintenance, New Facility Planning and Training as per set standards.

Monitoring of CCTV .( Honeywell , Zicom , Hikvisison & CP Plus )

Alarm Response.
Handling Public address system.

Emergency response, including managing evacuation.

Supervises activities pertaining to all soft services, security and fire services and engineering services.

Maintenance and supervising of Hydro Pneumatic System.
Handling security teaming security issues.
Maintaining monthly attendance for B.M.S, Security, Electricians, plumbers, pump operators, Left opretors and Housekeeping staff.
Ensuring that pest control activity is carried out on weekly basis as per schedule.
Lift Management (Conduct Training & Supervising Manual Rescue Operation Drill for the Lift Operators and Security.)
Fire Fighting System Knowledge and has also attended firefighting training.
Receiving complaints from clients & Forwarding it to the concerned Department or Vendor & get it rectified.
Coordinating with Customs department (SEZ) staff relating to custom matter.
