Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Interview Questions, Process, and Tips

Round: Test
Experience: The total aptitude test was for 60 min...first section A for 30 min,Section B for 20 min and essay writing(topic was "your ideas on INNOVATION") for 10 min. Section A had questions based on english like a sentence was a given in which a word's meaning has to be derived based on the situation the word has been used...5 questions were asked like this.Next 5 questions were reading comprehension...an easy one.....next 5 questions were based on...a small para was given and conclusions were asked to make from that....totally english(20 questions) had to be done in 20 mins.....next quantitative ability...20 questions 10 min...very basic aptitude such as simple interest,compound interest,geometry,sequences...it was easy.... Coming to section B,it was logical reasoning....data coding and de coding was necessary...like ENGLISHis written as MUSNCAPW.....then what is MATHS??we need to decode each letter correspondingly.....10 questions were like this.... next 10 questions were based on C,C++....a little tough....need to know the concepts thouroughly .
Duration: 90 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Personal interview for me was a bit easy because the interviewer just asked me to explain the logic rather than
writing the complete code.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR was really very cool....he asked me about my family background.....about my ranks in AIEEE and EAMCET...he got shocked to see my ranks as i'm from AP...our ranks will be very good....next he asked me Y ADP??y software and so on....it was really very cool and easy for me.

General Tips: Be perfect with the basics of C,C++ and DS....for ECE guys....read one or two core subjects thoroughly...because interviewers will test the knowledge in ELECTRONIC background....be confident while speaking to the interviewer and don't try to bluff if you don't know....all the best.

Abhishek rai from TCS he came to ADP as asst manager he every time asks about YEAR-END YEAR-END he did not give training only to me and assigned one superior he is muslim guy Syed Mudassar he gave training only 4 days and my tasks consists of 10 in that he gave one task training only there is no training room in meeting cabins if any cabin is empty there only on small moniter they will show task once or twice and he will handover live cases and tasks are one but live cases are plenty types I did not commit mistake also Abhishek rai was telling do you have any idea of SECURITY INCIDENT happened yesterday I said what he is telling you missed one case and that case was missed by that senior sitting beside me and he blamed on me if they don't like you they will ask us to voluntarily resign and leave if we don't they corner us and does harrassment untill you resign
And they collect money for birthday celebration in team and colleagues getting married for that 500 every month birthday and marriage gift seperate

Work policy: In this company if at all you miss coming to office one day among three day then your ID will turn into red and you have to compensate one extra day in next week

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
