I applied via Job Fair and was interviewed in Nov 2024. There was 1 interview round.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

It's a 60 minute test, which has all the logical thinking question, quantitative , patterns and pseudo code even although its vary from easy to medium questions. The result will be declared immediately within minutes and the other round will start.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - While you sit for the interview, there are many things come into your mind, what kind of questions, going to hire me or not, what skills do they require etc etc. Hold on, take a deep breathe and stop thinking, you have been to the chair of candidate who is going to be interviewed within a moment, thinking this kind of questions will bother you to get going. You need to keel calm and relax, believe in yourself, answer every question with dignity and confidence. You have been through it and yes you know the answers. I have been interviewed ao many times, at first I didn't know what mistakes were done by me but with time I get to know what's the problem is and start working for it before any interview. I worked over mg communication skills which is very much important nowadays to crack any interview process. Recruiters don't go for the marks but they look out for critical thinking ability.
