My advice to jobseekers , kindly improve ur communication as well as problem solving skill in order to step up in IT field,
First ques in all companies are tell me about yourself so prepare your speech atleast for 2 min , tell them about ur strength and weakness and weakness have to comes under the work ethic category which is "i have a problem of putting too much details in the presentation" .

Accenture VS Virtusa
I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details:
Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay
Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total)
Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike.
Accenture Designation = Associate Manager
Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer
