The salary Teleperformance provide is very low ,not satisfied I think if tp start providing promotions it would be nice and atleast appraisals can also increase,,,what Teleperformance providing is very less ,i think they are doing just formalities in case of salary and appraisals

If you are a fresher then great organization for learning. Management is good. 100% job security, salary is recieved on time and great place to work for women.

...hey are only self centric and their to help themselves rather than the employee. Sometimes salary are also been hold for no reason even after applying leave they'll Mark you absent and yours salary will be hold or deducted. Good for nothing tl are also very poor at their knowledge most of the things are not been thought to you and you'll be ask to learn the things on your own . I'll personally suggest not to go with this company as your carrier options as a beginner.

Axis house and INTELENET GLOBAL SERVICE both manipulating their employees.. And specially the so called* VERIFIERS..

First salary and second thing verifiers.. Verifiers are so underestimated even they work hard, they continously take calls but they never rewarded fir their respective work. As a verifier i know what is the pain. And most important thing IGS is seems powerless no importance, against banks.

Teleperformance is a very diverse organisation. With great opportunities for growth and good salary, especially if you are a fresher. Not all organisations provide so many opportunities for freshers with good salary but TP does it.

Dislikes

What I didn't like about it was their 5.5 working days policy. As employees who are willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. Having 2 week offs a week should be bare minimum aside from that they also require you to work for 9.5 hours a day instead of 9 hours. Aside from this, the part where female employees are not allowed to enter the premises after 8:30 pm is not at all okay. They are also not allowed to leave the premises after 8:30 pm till 6am. Which is extremely discriminatory.
