The job security within the organization is really good, in case any of their processes shut down, they ensure that the personnel working aren't affected and are placed within the organization. Growth within the organization is really good too, perform well and you will see growth. Colleagues are from various backgrounds so a good learning experience working with them.

Dislikes

Not the best pay masters with hike offered during appraisal or promotion is really below average. The lack of incentives or variables offered is also quite low. Not the most pro-active organization, with severe lack of vision and foresight. Cost-cutting is the mantra and profit investment back into the employees is minimal. Suggestions or ideas maybe heard however, don't expect them to be implemented in anyway.

... also biased and take stand of the management, do not take neutral decisions. 3. No salary appraisals. 4. Even if u get recognized during RNR, they can put u on PIP. 5. Management do not like employees who works hard and dedicated and always promote those who are close to them. 6. Not a good organization to work with. 7. High attrition at TL/AM level due to dis-sat.

Dislikes

Need to evolve as an employee centric organisation. Employee centricity should be equal for every employee irrespective of designations. Leadership should stop racism and regionalism. This is very ridiculous if a leader passes racist comments. Need to believe in "One team with One dream" ideology.

Dislikes

As per industry standards the compensation provided is low. Growth opportunities and salary increments are clearly affected as there is way too much politics, favouritism and one needs to do a lot of brown nosing in order to get something out of your job.
