...- just to get the job done. No one will ever tell u what is expected from you. Salary- Peanuts. Politics- In everything. Innovation- average. The best part of my tenure was i made the best of friends who were the reason i survived those couple of years and completed my post graduation simultaneously My advice- Join this organisation without keeping any expectation. Learn and move on- make way for other people to take your place. Work freely and behave asint you got nothing to loose- explore yourself- use freedom of speech. Dont get stuck as the place is freakishly additive. Get best of the experience and exit.

Worthless manager/ Director like Pranav Arneja. Director's own concept was not cleared about subject. No help from Manager, toxic work culture. Favourism clearly shown to Nitish Verma, Gaurav Sharma. Below work life balance. Variable amount not credited as committed. No job security at all. Hire & Fire Process is very common. Minimum Skill development opportunity. Zero work satisfaction. Mad US Manager like David Mac(Mad)Knight.

... between 9:30-PM to 6 AM even if they want to leave on their own responsibility. Deduction amount from salary is too much. Like my monthly CTC is 54k and I receive 46.5k in hand that means almost 8k of deductions. Ha his deduction also include gratuity which can be refunded to employee if they stay in company for 5 years else you will lose the amount. Cab facility sucks because you they will pick you almost 1.5 hours earlier than your shift and will drop you after one hour of your shift. That means the buffer time is a lot. There are many more things that if TP changes, then it can become a good company. Like if it becomes an employee centric company, instead of client centric, people will love to work there
