HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Just wanna inform all of you guys please don't go for it because it will impact your stability which will further impact your growth. Stay safe and this message is not to hurt anyone it's just for the awareness....

Its a company. It is giving us employment. I am surviving in my life its 2 years now & a I am eating my food daily sometime due to shift timing I skip it but thats okay its a company.

Dislikes

...literally nothing. Company and its policies does not provide support for growth. International processes offer salary similar to domastic one. If you are freasher you will end up sad and dippressed sometime you can get thoughts of some serious things. Biggest issue is the salary is not helping us. Incentives are really less in comparison to other companies.

I like to work with organisation it's quite good than other companies and yes offcourse provide great salary not only about the salary also they provide great facilities and their proper take care of working environment as well.

The thing that I don't like is the process for which I have worked for in a while named as Instacart, the process is really a worst process I ever seen as they people don't have any resolutions for their customers, the process totally depends on lies and lies, people are waiting for 3 or 4 months just to get their phone number updated and waiting from more than years to be replied on the emails and we have only one thing to tell them to wait like how much a person can wait to just get number updated 3 months 5 months and more than that and to waiting from years and years tobe listened on the emails. And they supervisors, managers don't even have any coordination as well to run the process somebody is telling different thing managers are telling different and training department people are totally different like I don't know how is it working overall the experience with the process is really very very bad for me and I never ever recommend anyone to work with Instacart.
