Dislikes

Toxic work culture Worst managers and hr No WLB Employees are humiliated and criticised(especially female employees) 3 months notice period with salary on hold for 3 months and fnf post 45 days

Nothing a such.

Dislikes

No work life balance in recruitment team. They give 3%hike on salary each year. No promotion, No learning. They ask to work on Sundays without comp off. On paper it's 5 days working, but the recruitment team is working for 6 days, sometimes on Sundays as well.

Easy to get hired as HR just wants to shows and not quality. Transport team can go into your personal profiles to update incorrect addresses for cabs and will ask for documents to update the correct address which was initially shared with them

Salary delays Disrespectful behavior Lack of planning Abuses are generally heard on the floor Facilities are not managed and there no upkeep Managers have no regard for personal life of employees and force to work on week offs and leaves. Employees who try and help out are treated as servants and are constantly expected to overwork themselves. ( one example is of an advisor working through typhoid and was asked to work instead of resting)

Dislikes

...any documentation without and serious escalation now all they do is ignore me. I have worked for 15 months as TL with a salary that was lesser than what an Agent will go there. I’ll not recommend a single soul to be a part of Slum like Majorel.

Dislikes

No support from hr and management level, salary issue are never addressed. Straight answer for everything is no, I have send email to add my parents name insurance, it took them to address the issue 3 years. So imagine, how good they are.my opinion, please dont join.
