The way I used to earn incentives was good in TP. Use to get salary on correct time, flexible shifts nice environment to work.

Dislikes

I left tp with proper resignation due to some reasons, I went to rejoin again in TP but the management showed me hell even though I have proper resignation. They called me for interview 3 times saying that client round but they was no interview nothing. Finally I got selected, but process got wind up. I came to know that TP does not want ex employee's.

Salary is good, office environment is good, cafeteria, people but as I worked there in different processes like adobe Hilton Amazon, there were different management for all, the best I liked in Hilton and I would be there if no corona has arrived, after lockdown we were shifted in Amazon where I worked for 3 months and then left, but the best time was working with Hilton, I made new friends that will be lifetime

There are lots of things that I don't like and even if the salary is more there I will not switch at their place again, first it is not employee centric as I felt,there is employee care team but it never works I think, if we raise a TT for a problem which I raised against one higher authority you will be in a mess I did not felt any problem with my colleagues only with Management, you will not get any holidays to go home I worked there for 17 months but there was always night shift for me I even shared medical documents but they did not shift me to day shift just ignored it, comp off will lapse, I had to take unplanned leaves when I was sick they do not approve and for going home also they do not allow us to go, so all together, I did not liked to work there, yes if you can cope from all these then you can definitely work there.

Don't go guys who are willing to join. TP makes you why we are living.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.

Dislikes

The company has lot of policies for it's client but when it comes to their employees they bare care about them, everytime we hear this candidate got ZTP this candidate got terminated. Clients and the organization itself do not care as they know very well if one employee leaves automatically someone else will automatically com in his/her place as there are thousands of employees working for this company. There is pressure regarding the performance as well.
