Salary used to come on time. 😂😂 that too with lot of deduction because of late attendance rectification.

It is the worst company i have ever worked with. I joined teleperformance indore for second time bt the experience was terrible i coudnt bear it so i left it again. Higher authorities are very supportive bt the problem is that they dnt knw what is going on at floor level. Internal politics in management level is the worst part.

Everything is good, behavior, support and most important thing is....on time salary.

No appraisal is too baad they just giving 2000 rs hike to those employees who achieved Exceed expectations and for meet expectations only 1000 rs... so basically there is no future.

No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . Company show no appreciation for employee. You will never getting any bonus, no diwali or holi or new year gifts. Nothing . I hate that new management don't apreate there IT.

There's no work life balance. They'll suck your blood for the salary they're paying you which is not even up to market standards. This company is not employee centric, not process driven and chaotic. Your seniors will treat you like you're some class 10th student and will raise their voice on you as well as abuse you at times. Your life will turn upside down if you'll join this company especially in IT . You'll get no time for family or yourself or your health. I would never even recommend this company to my enemies.

No work life balance. Overtime work without pay. Unsupportive higher management. Get the assigned job done in extremely short period. Bad work culture. Not approving leaves. Bad shift timings. Wrong information provided for job role at the time of interview and recruitment. Forcefully stoping you to take your own leaves.
