No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . Company show no appreciation for employee. You will never getting any bonus, no diwali or holi or new year gifts. Nothing . I hate that new management don't apreate there IT.

...Toxic work environment. Least bothered about employee concerns and satisfaction. Salary discrepancies every month which never gets resolved. Need to beg for laeves. Its better to not work rather then working for teleperformance.

...ed in teleperformance Gurgaon building 398 which has only international process. Salary and benefits are good

No job security. They will test you like a slave. Work pressure. Seniors are terrible will not help you at all. Break time is only for 1 hour 15+15+30 mins if late even 1 min they will mark half day.

First TP is a reputed organization I like to TP provided transport facility thats why still working here.

First I m not comfortable with TP salary structure because I have completed 16 years still I m as assistant manager and my salary is very low.
