Work environment with the peers, i.e., managers makes the subordinates feels comfortable with each and every part of learning and never judge us professionally.

Dislikes

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing

Great place to work. Best when it comes to salary & benefits. Supportive colleagues (Apart from the Idiot I was reporting to at first).

Dislikes

It was all working and no learning. Moreover the manager I was reporting to at first was a worthless idiot who knew nothing & cared only about beating his own drums.

We were having 2 week off, pick and drop facity, good environment

Poor salary and poor salary growth, no extra training, everyone was not allowed to participate in all activities. No growth opprtunities. Complaints were addressed very late andsometines not. During pregnancy no leaves were granted for medical check up need to fight and beg to management for leaves and walk to HR. Also HR use to listen to them and not us.

Overall experience with company was very good , culture was friendly , it was like working with family.

Dislikes

The things which I dislike the most is that company is not providing incentives and extreme low annual salary hike, there is also very slow growth. Talking about politics , here I observe that only those people are growing who have good connect with their TL/managers. Tenurity is not taken into consideration. no internet charges being provided,

Dislikes

Management need to improve more, salary scale is avarage rather than other, career growth is very slow. HR needs to more attentive towords employees. Rest is Okay.
