Pretty much nothing apart from the fact that the job is secure. They won't throw you out coz the attrition is anyway always hitting the roof at any given point of time. (there a few process that prove to be an exception)

Dislikes

No growth opportunities at all. The company pays extremely low as per the work profile and there are absolutely no compensation benefits. Transport is terrible with highly unhygienic non AC cabs and a mismanaged staff with practices, very reluctant to go out of the box and comfort zone.

Likes

Work environment with the peers, i.e., managers makes the subordinates feels comfortable with each and every part of learning and never judge us professionally.

Dislikes

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing

Toxic work culture Worst managers and hr No WLB Employees are humiliated and criticised(especially female employees) 3 months notice period with salary on hold for 3 months and fnf post 45 days

Easy to get hired as HR just wants to shows and not quality. Transport team can go into your personal profiles to update incorrect addresses for cabs and will ask for documents to update the correct address which was initially shared with them

Dislikes

Salary delays Disrespectful behavior Lack of planning Abuses are generally heard on the floor Facilities are not managed and there no upkeep Managers have no regard for personal life of employees and force to work on week offs and leaves. Employees who try and help out are treated as servants and are constantly expected to overwork themselves. ( one example is of an advisor working through typhoid and was asked to work instead of resting)

Great place to work. Best when it comes to salary & benefits. Supportive colleagues (Apart from the Idiot I was reporting to at first).

Dislikes

It was all working and no learning. Moreover the manager I was reporting to at first was a worthless idiot who knew nothing & cared only about beating his own drums.
