...hey will give 1 month notice and person can b back to 0 searching for a new job. Team leads have no answer for any question asked and they even deduct medical insurance n Professional tax from inhand salary instead of deducting it from gross their policy is to deduct from inhand.. pathetic experience

They remove candidate once they complete the 8 months after 8 months they will tell that the process will get change be at home they will give salary for 1 months after that they will give letter.

There is nothing to like about this company. Don't go for salary in this company they will terminate you whenever they want.

Working in Teleperformance is a really great opportunity. The community is very good, very clean and very safe. You will get to learn alot from there. I'm really happy working in the organization.

...hey are only self centric and their to help themselves rather than the employee. Sometimes salary are also been hold for no reason even after applying leave they'll Mark you absent and yours salary will be hold or deducted. Good for nothing tl are also very poor at their knowledge most of the things are not been thought to you and you'll be ask to learn the things on your own . I'll personally suggest not to go with this company as your carrier options as a beginner.
