The work culture, the work life balance and specially the management are some of the things that needs to be taken into consideration. Some of the managers are good but not all.

Nothing to say about it .There is not even a single thing which can be stated as good working culture in techmahindra.

...es .they even don't pay attention to health ,poor management worst work culture. Salary they don't pay on time. They have lack of core company values. Employees working late or on weekends. They carry unsupportive environment with toxic job.

Nothing company is worst, no pramotion no salary hike nothing no one is support, no one is care about the employee they treat us like dogs, worst company and worst supervisor and HR's

Nothing is there. I would say one of the horrible experience I'm getting while working with tech Mahindra. I'm not going to recommend this company to anyone.

The client - 3 was best. Tech-M lacks drastically in matching the aura & dynamism that H3G had. Thought of rejoining the same process but not happy with the outsourced partner. H3G Rocks & Tech-M Sucks.
