I work in tech mahindra as a customer support in postpaid department . there are not at all good working culture. After one month of training seniors of techmahindra is treating new employees as a slave . they are also not provide lunch break on time and proper time for lunch and only 1 rotational leave in a week. Because of this working culture every new employes resign in 3-4month .

its an opportunity where, i get to work with TechM as part of company to me great knowledge i got experience and also i was rewarded very much time on floor with appreciation with client side is very good exposure an so many things that lots of enjoyment on me with my team member ,so in working even i put my 100% efforts with work ..😊

pressure on workplace so much but its normal every where ,another is compensation not much provided in , one more think that so much politics in manager levels to Team leaders BPO

they didn't paid me the salary for the work. Let me to do work forcefully in my break periods and unusually marked absent and deducting when i told to pay there HR started insulting even i was present for 6 months continuous. so i have taken action on labor court.

If you have buttering skills after that you will be promote ,there is no value of your hard work and honesty ,...no policies for employees,every policies modified according to ops team for company benifit or ops self benifit not for employees benifit, and no Increment in salary

Worst company, they will not pay you salary, and training given 1 month and not pay money, it's fraud company, don't try it

All things are very worst, fraud, don't expected, they provide offer letter and given again again training without money and not money provide, after they terminate out, very very worst company
