Tech Mahinidra is good if you are looking for an MNC to work. It's great for freshers where they get a lot of learning, exposure, and a true feel of working in a big MNC

Dislikes

Compensation is too less compared to the industry. The connect between Senior Managers does note really happen with the grass root level people, which creates skewed information. Promises are made in RnR and Appraisals but soon people become busy and promises get missed

Learning opportunities, wide array of technologies, dozens of customers, decent bench management -- get placed within few days in most cases, buses to different locations, decent campus.

Dislikes

Variable pay cut for P1 band and above, sometimes made known. Sometimes, just deducted without prior information. Personal financials take a tool and mess up.

Dislikes

The Salary hikes are very poor and they do not keep on par with industry standard especially for the existing employees

Good work environment and culture. Leadership are supportive. From compensation perspective, you can pull as much as possible while joining and not much hike will be given.

Dislikes

Salary difference in same band. Not much salary hike at Manager and above band after joining. No rationality between 2 business units.
