Average company, good in internal training. Good for freshers. Good cafeteria, lot of options.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Not good pay master. lot of politics on the basis of Marathi/Non Marathi. Unwritten policy of not paying any hike after 6 years of working in company. Weird Leave policy (until you exhaust all leave you can not take sick leave, that to on hospitalization). Suggest to not stay here more than 2-3 years.

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
