Current CEO is taking more pkg but gives very poor hike to employee like 1-2%. Market is poor for junior level employee but leadership are enjoying.

Job security is good however not exceptional, the company has a good vision

With time the organization has gone from employee centric to employer centric. The compensation model, appraisal model needs to be worked upon.

Long term projects but mainly support projects. Flexible work timings On time salary and some increment every year Scope to show case your skills

Every time you have search for the projects once your current project ramp down

They offer competitive salary package. That’s all.

There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.

Work culture is great. There is lot of effort & importance given to training & reskilling.

Dislikes

Pay package is not the best but ifs OK. Even after honestly working with your best efforts & good ratings, you will not get promotion unless you really push for it.
