...to take advantage of people , appraisals aren't good here . Pathetic experience.they give good salary in other tech Mahindra location but in odisha they just dont want to pay people .

Company always pay salary on time. And the environment is also good.

Partiality between both genders (Male and Female) like. The security guard allows to enter in the company with sleepers/loar for girls but if boy wearing slippers/loar in any condition guard newer allows him. So I don't like this thing of he company it feels like the company rules aare different for both.

All the things 1 HELL Transport (you will never get cabs on time and you will see no improvement after complaining ) 2 CHILLAR salary (every month you need to talk HR, FORGOT ABOUT YOUR PLI ) 3 Worst project FRONITER COMMUNICATIONS 4 Management (none is there to manage anything ) 5 Washrooms are like sulabh sauchalya 6 Shift hours 7 Zero responsibility towards their employees 8 HR is totally irresponsible

No salary, they didn't pay my training stipend even after completing my documentations clearly, I paid for headset and WiFi connections and worked hard for 32 days 9 hours, still paid nothing, completed the OJT,just the certification wasn't completed that was an excuse not to pay me. The worst company culture, Fusion BPO and Concentrix like companies they pay atleast during the training period.
