One good thing about tech Mahindra is thier internal job posting which is kinda good and helps in career growth.

Tech Mahindra exploits the human resource very low pay and no benefits, they ask you to do over time and also work on weekends and also 7 days a week still you don't get extra pay, very poor infrastructure of management the support staff and hr lack knowledge regarding thier own role. So if you face any problem or confused about intra managerial things you have to figure it yourself no one helps, even if they helps eventually you know they are misguiding you. One of the worst place to work according to me, even for one small coffee machine in a office you have wait for decades. No team outing no cafeteria no coffee machine nothing was provided for me. They randomly select employee and play with thier career, even if you come late they will be like I will document you or straight to face ZTP. Better choose other company which will respect it's employees as well as pays them well.

Other than the name TechM there is nothing much great in the company. Onboarding is easy, pays salary on time and in training period if you get good trainer it will be heaven. I worked as telstra agent, we should give support to telstra company which is a australian company, so we should work in their shifts i.e. shifts starts between midnight 2-6am.

In the time of corona peak also they asked to come to the office. They will peovide cab for which they will deduct from salary. Apart from that there no perks. No over times,etc. For techm bpo guys wfh is a dream.

...to take advantage of people , appraisals aren't good here . Pathetic experience.they give good salary in other tech Mahindra location but in odisha they just dont want to pay people .

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....
