It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

In terms of a branded company it's good but sadly that's where the good part ends up sadly the salary structure is very bad they don't even give a salary hike at and if they give deductions become triple than the wage paid to the employee. Career growth will only be good if you always in the limelight of the .manager and all.

There is nothing likable here. Trust me this is the worst organization in the world.

Dislikes

... to the HR and to the concerned team but there is no valid response I'm getting. They only reply one thing that I have some pending amount to pay. I'm unable to join any other organization because of this. I have been sitting idle at home and can't join because they are not helping me. HRs here are good for nothing and don't even reply to my mails. Management is extremely pathetic. It's my request to those who want to join this organization that please don't join this organization under any circumstances. You will regret for sure if you join this company.
