No work life balance, no proper management , salary on time but with loss of pays for their system fault. They fire employees for very silly reasons. For the people who are finding job to grow in their career do not join in this company. This is the worst company i have even seen in vizag.

no salary hike, no value for employee. When they don't need employee for cost cutting simply they will find some reasons to terminate employees. Many of my frnds faced such situation. No matter how much good performer ur if u loose it one month they will start torturing u and that's why I resigned

It is a great place to work and I like the environment very much and the people are friendly too. I love the fact that I am part of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but there is no growth and work pressure is high. I am completely fine with work pressure and shifts if they provide incentives but is no incentive plan.

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

Company always pay salary on time. And the environment is also good.

Partiality between both genders (Male and Female) like. The security guard allows to enter in the company with sleepers/loar for girls but if boy wearing slippers/loar in any condition guard newer allows him. So I don't like this thing of he company it feels like the company rules aare different for both.
