I likes about the TCS is good work culture, low work pressure, work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn and the most job security.

Dislikes

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

...r what don't know but over all my work experience with Tcs is very bad or worst. There is a variable pay every quarter but its valid for only those whose salary is as it is good but those who have less salary they don't get paid anything but they have been asked to come to office on a regular basis what a great rule has been made. People here having so much of attitude problem if they knows something they will not even give a chance to seat and learn with them quite mean people working in the organisation.. There is no way to get the promotion and if you are working as a analyst management will be showing as if they are the boss and they are paying you.. Not at all happy working with TCS and i will never recommend anyone to work here... i know people will still come madly to work here because its the Tata company but i wish they would have given the opportunity to anyone...

Appraisal, promotions no hoke, salary structure, no scope to increase salary apart from wings 1 which even doesnot have proper course curriculum, working hours, no work from home option, no employee incentives no bonuses no hr initiative

Nothing except medical benefits that is also paid.

Way beyond market standard salary even less than local company, I feel ashamed disclosing my salary to other even not possible maintain very budget life style. Only single promotion in last 10+ Years with good to Average rating

I learned so much in Tcs throughout various projects.

...ranges between 3.90- 4.55 out of 5.00. Hope this will clarify my productivity. Package was 3.95 LPA at the end of 9 years. I was handling a team of 7 people, as an acting Team Lead without being a designated Process Lead. Now I thank TCS for not giving promotion just because I have switched and is receiving 300% hike from another company.
