Good work culture ( if one does not want to work ). One can spend complete career without working. One can deny work by telling lack of bandwidth or lack of experience. TCS has tie up with most training platforms so one learn a lot. If you have good relation with seniors then chances are there for onsite oppurtunity.

Dislikes

No appreciation for project work completion and hardly any promotion or salary hike. Every project manager amd partner will give a ladoo of onsite oppurtunity to everyone in the project to motivate as they are helpless due to low pay and low yearly appreciation of associates. TCS is mostly concentrated on AMS and BAU projects so chances are less to get a role in consulting or implementation project. ( its mostly like tata customer service) No mapping of career aspiration, skillset or education qualification. Senior are mostly concerned about incoming revenue and will tag to any project as long as revenue from client is coming. Getting out of project one does not like is very difficult without proper connection or if the project does not finish. No proper training before onboading, Partners try to skill associates on clients resources after onboarding to save money.

Too much of learning opportunities. Better place to upskill and improve knowledge base.

Dislikes

No hike, No promotion, Too much politics. New joiners should not compromise with their salary in hand because that is going to be the salary for rest of your life in this company.

It was good till 2017. But now it's terrible. No scope of career growth

Work culture: will ask to work on most of the weekend or extended hours without any compensation Benefits: from this year they have started copay. Compensation:it is the worst in current market. Cutting qva and giving 2-3% hike is making it terrible

Only the salary and promotion is on lower side comparing Industry Standard... On one is perfect.

Nothing good I have seen.Only plenty projects due to marketing team. But that also are going because bad quality of resources. Good resources are gone due to politics and new good resources do not join anymore. Only freshers are available and aged people who do not work.

... politics 2.No good work 3. Lazy management and workforce. 4.Toxic leadership 5.Bad compensation 6.Dicey Apprisal system 7. Implement new rules without prior notice. 8. Place for spending retirement age. 9. Extremely bad for people who wants to do something for career. 10. No quality resources available. only freshers and aged lazy people enjoying retirement time.
