Nothing to like here. Only job security is good.

No salary hike and Promotion given. Anonymous project mapping is there which doesn't see the employee's skills. Very bad working culture employees working 12 hrs. No additional benifits, gifts, perks given. Very bad company do not join at early stage of your career.

In my project the managers and supervisors are super cool and let you do the work at your convenience. No micro management is there but tcs is a very big company and project culture differs from project to project.

It's a good place to work if you joins the company as a experienced candidate otherwise you will get too much less salary. Company policy is also good but it's not the best.

Salary is too less, career growth is comparatively less and less opportunity if you join as a fresher.

Supportive Teammates as well as Transparent Management. Good Health Insurance policies.

Low compensation than current market. Yearly increment is way lower and same experience recruits are joining with higher package than existing employees.

In simple words, not a good place to start your career with. Very little or no career growth opportunities are there. Salary increment is also minimal, but workload is low and you could have ample amount of free time.

Nothing much, because they give you less work hence they pay you low.
